Neighbourhood Services Company is a Social Business providing a diverse range of services including Building Construction & Environmental Landscaping Maintenance and Catering to the public, private and community sectors.
We have a 100 acre working Farm producing a range of vegetables, not just for our Catering business, but also for sale to the general public.
Our vision is to support the development of sustainable communities through the creation of long-term employment and economic regeneration using the skills, commitment, pride and determination of local people to improve and regenerate their neighbourhood by:

Access to Work Project: The Access to Work project is receiving up to £4,385,020 of funding from the European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme. Established by the European Union, the European Social Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations. The Access to Work project aims to provide supported work placements for Liverpool City Region residents facing barriers to employment and Neighbourhood Services Company are the lead accountable body for the project. The aim is for participants to move into employment, education or training. The project is delivered in partnership with the following delivery partners: North Liverpool Regeneration Company, Commutual, Safe Regeneration and St. Helen’s Chamber.
